Paul Rawlings - Founder and CEO
Founder of ScreenReach and an experienced entrepreneur, Paul has created and taken to market 7 different tech based products in the last year alone. These include an SMS provider called Twe2 that offers free SMS on twitter. Twe2 became the fastest growing SMS provider in the world.
Chris Farrell - Founder and Chief Sales Officer
Chris has over 18 years experience delivering complex software solutions to many of the world’s largest companies. He has developed software in the Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical and Banking Industries and was the lead architect for a major UK Bank’s Trading system.
Sam Morton - Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Sam founded Twenty First Century Media in 2002. Within seven years Sam & Nick Imrie had built the company into one of the largest digital media companies the North, producing commercials, training films, viral and mobile material, promos and web TV. Sam and Nick sold the company to Bob Geldof’s Ten Alps Plc in 2008.
Bob Morton - Financial Director
Bob is a seasoned Financial Director with over thirty years’ experience in a variety of businesses, including a period working as a senior financial consultant in Price Waterhouse. Bob developed RDM Associates in 1997 to specialise in advising and helping businesses to grow and develop whilst managing change.
Nick Imrie - Non Exec and Marketing Guru
Nick Imrie is an enthusiastic and results-oriented business owner/manager with 20 years marketing, media and business growth experience. His drive and focus have allowed Nick to deliver impressive results in a range of businesses from start-up to multi-billion pound international operations.
Tom Maxfield - Chairman
Tom Maxfield, a successful serial entrepreneur, joined Sage in 1984 as Sales Director was and Main Board Director of The Sage Group plc. He left in 1997 to pursue his vision of transforming a derelict wreck into a 5 star world class hotel in Seaham Hall. Tom founded Tom’s Companies, a portfolio of upmarket hospitality venues that included Seaham Hall. Tom is also chairman of the Entrepreneur's Forum in the North East.

Alex Bejan - Mobile UX Expert
Alex heads up and pioneers the Usability aspect of the ScreenReach Mobile Clients. Alex is responsible for keeping ScreenReach simple and easy to us, making sure that the experience is the same on every device.
Mihai Dumitrache - IPhone Guru
Mihai is the team leader for our IPhone division on ScreenReach. Mihai's amazing coding skills have lead him to be one of the best in the field, helping us shape the IPhone ScreenReach client.
Claudiu Antohi - Master of Content
Claudiu is the Master of Content. Claudiu is responsible for some of the leading design pieces for varoius implementations of ScreenReach around the globe. Claudiu's design skills are second to none.
Auras Dumanovschi - Android Guru
Auras is the team leader for our Android division on ScreenReach. Auras again is one of the best in his field, helping us shape the future for all non IPhone devices and helping implement features that haven't been done on mobiles before.
